Huge apartment, really nicely decorated with stunning views over the river. We were in room 204 and the views were great. Management were lovely and we will definately be back again. Only negative was the apartment was heavily deoderised to the point where you can smell it on your clothes and hair after sitting on the couch.

Recommended. Modern, stylish, clean, serene, light and bright, quiet location thats a short drive to big variety of stores (and of course The Big Prawn!), excellent and equipped kitchen, beautiful views. Secure undercover car parking. Good location near beaches at Ballina, and a drive to Byron, Nimbin, Mullumbimby, Gold Coast etc. Arrive and depart Airports: Ballina (ten minute drive) or Coolongatta (45 minute drive). Nice complex with pool and gym and helpful front desk.

Stayed here in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor.
huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with everything you need for a lengthy stay.
great views from the balcony of both the pacific ocean and the inland river…stunning!
apartment has free wifi and satellite tv.
our apartment had leather lounges with inbuilt recliners whereas our friends upstairs only had a normal fabric lounge so obviously all apartments are furnished differently.
great location, with Shelley Beach just minutes away.

Just come back from lovely weekend staying in the penthouse – celebrating my daughters 40th birthday with her sisters here was just so great- spacious, clean and even a child safety gate for the internal stairs-most welcome indeed. The outdoor living area was terrific allowing her toddler safe freedom. Extra bonuses were the regular sightings of whales and dolphins, beautiful views and closeness to the beach. I guess you do need a car for shopping but this was not an issue for us as we did stock up before hand. I would recommend these apartments to anyone..definately will return soon.

These apartments have it all..stunning views, beautifully appointed and close to the sparkling water of shelly beach. Absolutely a great place to stay when visiting quaint Ballina and enjoying everything it offers
